PSYCHE- by Brenna Burton and Sisy Anderson

Please check out this new collaboration between a poet and artist out of Oregon who have worked to meld the two mediums into a beautiful collection.  Working like William Blake to bend form and word together into one piece of art, these women have done a wonderful job.  They have done this all on their own, so check them out on Lulu. Cave Moon Press is just trying to get the word out and promote their work.

Check out some of the poems, but more importantly check out their work through pre-sales and their open studios where they will feature the poet and the artist.  Contact us here at Cave Moon Press or Brenna directly at juliaoceanchild1@hotmail.com.

Isabella

An old soul
With a young face
And feelings of
discontent.
No longer satisfied
with
Purple and pink and
periwinkle petals,
She wants to fly
Higher, higher, higher,
Up to the golden glow
Of the sun.

Stella

Too many days spent
Feeling spent,
Head between knees,
Chest heaving.
Too many days spent
Yelling at the yeller,
Though no one is heard.
How can you be
With all that noise?
Is it love or is it convenience?
Is it love or is it abuse?
Too many nights spent
In delirium.
